Before starting the topic "How to become strong mentally" , You should know following things..
Firstly, "What does it mean to be mentally strong?"
To be mentally strong means overcome hard situations that you may phase in your life with your confidence, calm and ease.
Mentally strong people balance there emotions. They understand each and every struggle and made a plan for solve the struggle. Mentally strong people feel fear but do not let it stop them from moving forward. Moving forward can be scary and uncomfortable but they are won't laid back. Staying fearful doesn't help you to conquer limiting beliefs about the world. It keeps them real and powerful.
Secondly, "Why is being mentally strong important?"
Life is a journey, There is always up's and down's. Some times you may stuck at your hard time. It will kill you from inside if you don't know how to overcome it yourself then you become a mentally ill person. So, It is always important to be strong mentally.
It helps you to manage your Thoughts, Regulate your emotions and Behave productively.

Now, will see Three kind of destructive beliefs that make us less effective and rob us of our mental strength.
The FIRST ONE is Unhealthy beliefs about ourselves
We tend to feel sorry for ourselves and while it's OK to be sad when something bad happens, Self-pity goes beyond that. It's when you start to magnify your misfortune.
When you think things like, "Why do these things always have to happen to me? ", "I shouldn't have to deal with it." That way of thinking keeps you stuck.
For keeps you focused on the problem, Keeps you from finding a solution and even when you can't create a solution, You can always take steps to make your life or somebody else's life better but you can't do that when you are hosting your own pity party.
The SECOND type of destructive belief that hold us back is Unhealthy beliefs about others.
We think that other people can control us and We give away our power but as adults who live in a free country, There's very few things in life that yo u have to do. so when yo u say, "I have to work late." you give away your power. Yeah, may be there will be consequences if you don't work late but it's still a choice or when you say, "my mother-in-law drives me crazy." You give away your power may be she's not the nicest person on earth but it's up to you respond to her, because you're in control.
The THIRD type of destructive belief that hold us back is Unhealthy beliefs about the world.
We tend to think that the world owes us something. We think, "If I put in enough hard work, then i deserve success." but expecting success to fall into your Lap like some sort of cosmic reward, will only lead to disappointment but I know it's hard to give up our bad habits . It's hard to get rid of those unhealthy beliefs that we've carried around with us for so long but you can't afford not to give them up.
Up to know, You understand kind of beliefs that we have exactly.....
Now, It's time to discuss about habit's of mentally strong people or How they rebuilt there self?
1. Mentally strong people are relentlessly positive.
2. They are emotionally Intelligent and Confident.
3. They embrace Failure.
4. They embrace Change.
5. They don't compare themselves to others.
6. Yet, they don't dwell on mistakes.
7. They neutralize difficult people.
8. They get enough sleep.
Now, It's time to know the tips that I have to become strong mentally in to your daily routine.........
1. Accept your Responsibilities.
We usually scared about the responsibilities that we have if this is the case then we can't move forward it leads to us become lazy. Always show ease to accept your responsibilities it will help you gain more experiences in life.
2. Don't expect immediate results.
Some people expect more after there immediate work but some time's you can't reach your expectation even though you performed well. If you think "Every failure is a step to success." this type of positiveness helps you to do more for next time but expecting immediate results is some what harm to you.
3. Don't give up after your first failure.
If we really think about success then failure doesn't matter for us. so, don't quit from your work and ideas. Embrace your failure and don't dwell on mistakes. Move forward with new tricks and knowledge.
4. Don't be frightened of taking calculated risks.
If chance of failure is higher than chance of success then we frightened of taking risk.
If this is the case you will stuck at that point only.
5. Don't waste energy on things beyond your control.
Focusing on things beyond your control is time waste process and there is no use of it. Rather you focus on useful things helps you to get amazing result's
6. Visualize "what you want in life" for 5 minutes daily.
Take the time to visualize the end result of your goals and also the challenges you'll overcome in between. Practice visualizing how you're going to solve potential problems. See your self where you want to be.
7. Always tell yourself to good things.
Pump up the nice things you say to yourself. You may feel ridiculous at first as you become your own cheerleader in your head, but think about how great you'll feel as you make stronger and strong decision about your life.
8. Practice to be happy.
To get comfortable with being happy, practicing being mindfully happy. Spend some time with your happy mood. At the end of it, notice the feeling of happiness and joy, it comes from you.
9. Eat healthy.
There is always link between food and mood. A healthier digestive system means less sick days, more energy, and can also improve symptoms of depression and anxiety.
10. Have a good sleep.
When you're too tired, you make poor decisions, your mental strength goes down. Make sleep a priority in your daily routine to help you stay mentally strong. A minimum of 8 hours is essential.
