Even if you're self-isolating, you can help fight against coronavirus by self-reporting your symptoms each day.

King's College London is asking people to check in daily on this app - even if they're feeling well.
This will allow scientists to better track the spread of the disease, and identify vulnerable communities.

There are plenty of apps that help you learn a language for free.
Download one, and spend 30 minutes a day teaching yourself how to speak French, German, Japanese - or whatever language takes your fancy.

Watch your diet. For many people, boredom = eating, dislocation = eating, loneliness = eating. It is important to be aware of it. Try to eat healthily.

14. Sleep

Cut down on social media. Endlessly scrolling through Twitter and Instagram is not healthy. I have been struggling with this one. But an early night is a good night.

15. Write Diary

Writing a diary is a very good way to vent your emotions. ... Writing down how you felt on a certain day helps you come to terms with your feelings. Writing a diary also helps your mind stay organised. When you write about the events you experienced that day, you are subconsciously cementing them in your memory.

Write down your thoughts. Keep a diary. Make lists.

16. Contact

Because of this lockdown our routine life suddenly changed. Ofcourse, after lockdown we are again into our duties. So, keep in touch with the people you would normally be in contact with.

Call a friend you haven’t spoken to recently and have a good long chat.

17. Try new things

Trying new things just means you need to experience something different. For example… try tea instead of coffee. When you try new things, you'll realize that new experiences are life changing.
There are numerous reasons to try something new, so what’s holding you back? Don’t be afraid of new experiences. Since you only live once, don’t live your life with regrets. Push your comfort zone and try new things. You’ll find that you’ll start to look forward to what comes next.

Stay curious. Try new things.

18. Research
As we all know in today’s world research and development have high importance.

The research process involves identifying, locating, assessing, and analyzing the information you need to support your research question, and then developing and expressing your ideas. These are the same skills you need any time you write a report, proposal, or put together a presentation.

So, try with small questions that you have and  make a report. It will help you to gain knowledge.
19. Dance
Dancing provides many great benefits and, while it's not possible to list them all, some of the greater benefits are listed below:

3.   Dancing provides physical/mental refreshment and relaxation.
4.   Laughter and fun—dancing can provide a lot of entertainment.
5.   Dancing is a form of exercise.
6.   Dancers find inspiration and motivation as they become lost in the dance.
7.   Dancing allows professional dancers to form affiliations.
So, Why waiting begin your dance…..LoL However, we have more youtube

channels to learn dance even if you are a beginner.
20. Chess

One of my favorite game is chess. I use to play every time. It’s a great fun to me. Rather than playing chess in online play with your friends give you more happiness. We have more online tutorials for learning chess g and check for if don’t know basics.

Mastering the techniques of a champion may take you the rest of your life, but learning the basics of strategy — observation, planning, judging the quality of an opponent’s skill — can be picked up relatively swiftly.
Moreover, these are skills that you can apply to every life situation, and which will stand you in good stead in the realm of interpersonal interaction. Chess sets can be procured for relatively small sums. Technique guides are available in both print and online for free.
21. Gardening

Getting your hands dirty in the garden can increase your serotonin levels – contact with soil and a specific soil bacteria, Mycobacterium vaccae, triggers the release of serotonin in our brain according to research.
Serotonin is a happy chemical, a natural anti-depressant and strengthens the immune system. This is why I’m adding gardening to do in your free time activity.
