The Guidelines of Sudoku

The classic Sudoku game involves a grid of 81 squares. The grid is divided into nine blocks, each containing nine squares.

The rules of the game are simple: each of the nine blocks has to contain all the numbers 1-9 within its squares. Each number can only appear once in a row, column or box.

The difficulty lies in that each vertical nine-square column, or horizontal nine-square line across, within the larger square, must also contain the numbers 1-9, without repetition or omission.

Every puzzle has just one correct solution.

While solving Sudoku puzzles can be significant challenge, the rules for traditional solution finding are quite straight forward:
  1. Each row, column, and nonet (A group of nine individuals) can contain each number (typically 1 to 9) exactly once.
  2. The sum of all numbers in any nonet, row, or column must match the small number printed in its corner. For traditional Sudoku puzzles featuring the numbers 1 to 9, this sum is equal to 45.
This is an important point to review as it isn’t uncommon for inexperienced players to get frustrated. In order to solve Sudoku puzzles reliably, you must be disciplined, focused, and patient.

Do you know about GDP!

 Do you know about GDP!
What is GDP?

We often hear that GDP has increased and decreased in TVs and in newspapers. Otherwise most of us may not know what this GDP is. So what is actual GDP? How is it calculated? Let us now understand why it is so important.

GDP means Gross Domestic Product. This means that the total value of all finished goods and services sold in a country over a period of one year is GDP.

For example, suppose there is a supermarket. Suppose it sells a soap worth Rs 20 a day, a chocolate worth 10 and a book worth 50. Then its GDP per day would be 80 rupees. Similarly, the total value of goods produced and sold throughout the country is the GDP of that country.

However, not all products fall into this GDP. For example, if a Japanese company sells any machine in India, it will not reach our GDP. Japan joins the country's GDP.

Also not to count secondary items in this GDP. Only the end items should count. For example, suppose a car has a tire and a seat. We cannot use them directly. But if you make a car with them you can use it. Here tire and seat are secondary goods, car is the ultimate item. The value of these ultimate commodities is only calculated in GDP.

And we hear that our GDP has fallen, which means that our goods are not sold in our country. That means we buy more goods from neighboring countries. If this happens, the companies in our country will not produce as much goods as they do not buy the goods manufactured in our country. Lack of product does not benefit the company. There will be no new jobs, or layoffs.

If our country's GDP is to rise again, we need to buy more of our goods. It is then that companies in our country make most of the goods. Their jobs will also increase.

Reuse N95 mask by heating

May 11, 2020 0
Reuse N95 mask by heating
According to the Stanford university researchers, reuse of N95 mask effectively disinfect by heating. Cost of N95 mask is high in present days. Medical providers, doctors need to wear mask regularly to cure COVID patients. So, researchers have examined what methods are safe for reuse.

N95 mask's contain a layer of "Meltblown" polypropylene fibers that from a porous, breathable network and the fibers are electrostatically charged. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation, heating and bleach treatment are the methods to disinfect the N95 mask.Cleaning the fabric with ethanol or chlorine bleach solution has been found to reduce the filtration efficiency after only one treatment.

After performing test's on all methods the best disinfection method appeared to be heating- researchers said.

For example, heating at 85° Celsius for 20 minutes allowed the fabric to be treated 50 times without loss of filtration efficiency, they said.

However, frequently donning and removing N95 masks could effect fit, which is also impact performance.

To reuse N95 mask's the following methods are not approved

  • Bleach
  • Alcohol
  • Baking
  • Boiling
  • Ethylene oxide
  • May be toxic to the wearer
  • Microwave
  • At-home microwaving is not recommended because of variable power settings, and metal portions of the masks may catch fire.
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Soapy Water

Does the corona virus spread through non-vegetarian food, know what is the truth!

May 05, 2020 1
Does the corona virus spread through non-vegetarian food, know what is the truth!
The corona virus originated in Wuhan city of China, where there are markets where people often come to buy meat. All kinds of meats are sold and bought in this market. Cock, seafood, goat, sheep, pig and even snake meat are sold here. This is the reason why people in India are also avoiding eating seafood, although there is no strong scientific research to establish a relationship between the two.
Corona virus as a public health emergency. There is no doubt that this virus is very dangerous, but even more dangerous are the myths related to it, which are spreading rapidly. Especially, many kinds of myths related to food are becoming viral on social media and the Internet. Because of these people do not understand what to eat and what not.

Does non-vegetarian food also cause corona virus?
Because this virus spreads from animals to humans, another misconception, which is becoming quite common among people nowadays, is to distance themselves from eating non-vegetarian food.
People need to understand that till now nothing has been established in this subject and non-vegetarian food is completely safe in India. The only thing you need to take care of is that the meat is hygienically cooked and not raw, which is the best way to prevent any disease caused by animal flesh.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food or eggs does not cause the infection, according to Director AIIMS, Delhi, Dr Randeep Guleria.
"As common healthcare precaution, all kinds of meat should be thoroughly washed and properly cooked", said by the AIIMS Director.

Take care elderly in this lockdown

May 05, 2020 0
Take care elderly in this lockdown
The problem we have right now is corona. The corona may not cause much trouble to many but it spreads rapidly from man to man. Corona infects people of all ages and it infect faster in the elderly. It will make more trouble to them. Elderly with corona will face complications like staying long time in hospitals and  their recovery condition is very poor.
Age seems to be a direct link to mortality among patients who died with corona. The mortality risk increases significantly after the age of 60. The mortality rate for those aged 60 to 69 is 3.6 and 8 % of the 70-79 year old's. 15% in 80 year old's.
Corona increases the risk of lung tissue damage in the elderly and also affects the heart. Family members need to be more careful if there are elderly people in the house.

Families and caregivers can use some of these ways to keep the elderly disease-free, spirited and mentally fit:

# Elderly might not be aware and updated with authentic information related to infection, amidst misinformation spread through a variety of modes. so, its your responsibility to give correct information to them.

# Loneliness, anxiety and uncertainty can give rise to depressive disorders, insomnia and chronic stress. so, do phone calls for their loved ones and let them talk. keep on interactive with them then they forget their loneliness.

# The elderly should not be self-medicated with any drug  as preventive or curative strategies for COVID-19. It can be life-threatening. It’s better to seek a physician’s opinion.

# Family members need to be sensitive to the early symptoms of COVID-19 and testing if needed should be promptly done. This however, should not give rise to panic, self-isolation and stigma. Medical advice is the best choice For any clarification.

# Those in isolation or quarantine need special care: telephonic counselling, digital contact with family and ensuring adequate nutrition is vital.

# It is better to avoid hospital set-ups during the pandemic. Rather tele-consultations is better.

# Discuss contingency and emergency response plans, if the elderly loved one stays alone .

# Take care elderly not to use others towels, kerchiefs, napkins.

# Prepare healthy, cooked food for them.

# Do not let the elderly into alcohol and cigarettes.
